Hi, I’m Liesha! (Pronounced Lee-sha)

I’m an Accredited Financial Counselor & Financial Coach, and it’s my mission to guide individuals, couples and solopreneurs towards aligning their Money Mindset with their Money Management!

As an Accredited Financial Counselor by the Association of Financial Counseling & Planning Education, I have completed over 1000hrs doing what I’m most passionate about–helping my clients wrap their head’s around their money by addressing both their “feels” and their numbers!

I have a desire to understand your thoughts, feelings and beliefs about money. By meeting you exactly where you are, in a judgement-free space, we become detectives looking to identify any counterproductive underlying money beliefs and money management habits that are misaligned with your values and goals. We also work together to come up with immediate remedies to relieve the stress associated with your most pressing financial challenges.

This process is unique as it includes Financial Coaching using active listening, empathy and intentionality to understand where you’re coming from and pinpoint exactly where you’d like to go, plus, layers in Financial Counseling which provides tactical, strategic and actionable next-steps via a customized, clear and sustainable plan.

Clarity Call: A 90-minute phone call with shared-screen, where we dig into the details of your current financial situation–no judgement, shame or blame. You have dug up the financial specifics requested, provided them prior to the call, and they will be laid out for you in a clear and organized format. Together we will wade through the details, with an understanding of where you would like to be, and we will co-design the pathway to get you there. The goal of this call is to provide you with two things: CLARITY and a customized and sustainable PLAN. You will walk away from this call with a deeper understanding of how you got to where you are, an innate knowing and growing confidence that everything will be ok, and a Customized & Sustainable Spending Plan, as well as an Action Plan identifying your very best next-steps!

Focus+ Call: A 45-minute phone call, in order to dip your toe into the world of Financial Coaching. Perhaps you are not in need of a comprehensive Spending Plan. What’s important to you is to talk through a specific financial matter. To further gain an understanding of your options, or how to approach an issue that is relevant and causing you stress (!!) right now. Or, perhaps it’s emotional support you’re looking for. An empathetic ear, thoughtful reflection and some validating feedback would go a long way towards transforming your relationship to money. Here, we will direct our focus on your most pressing issue. We will provide you with much needed relief, and you will walk away with an Action Plan identifying your next steps!

Continued Coaching: A 45-minute phone call 4-Session Package as follow-up, support, and accountability as you continue down your new pathway towards your new goals! We will focus on your Money Mission, and identify your guideposts along the way, including your WHY and your Values.
